Proclamation for Professional Women's Week 2019

Judge-Executive Jack Whitfield, Jr. and Madisonville Mayor Kevin Cotton read a proclamation during the October 15, 2019 Fiscal Court meeting in honor of Professional Women’s Week. Members of the Hopkins County B&PW were on hand to accept the proclamation.
