During the September 18, 2018 meeting, Hopkins County Fiscal Court announced the retirement of Public Works Director Jeff Browning and recognized him for more than three decades of service to the county. A proclamation was issued declaring the day Jeff Browning Day in Hopkins County. The West Kentucky ATV Recreational Area is seeking part time employees for the Saturday and Sunday hours of operation. Applications may be obtained at the Hopkins County Judge Executive’s office located at 56 North Main Street in Madisonville, KY.
